Booking Terms & Policies
Living Momenta is a photography studio based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, offering portrait, couples, wedding, fashion and content photography sessions across the island. Living Momenta operates under its parent company, Mermaids and Unicorn LLC.
Booking & Deposits
- A 25% deposit confirms your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
- Deposits are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Session prices and what each package includes are listed on our Packages page.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Reschedule free up to 48 hours before your session — one reschedule included with every booking.
- Cancel more than 48 hours before your session: your deposit is credited toward a future session.
- Cancel within 48 hours of the session, or no-show: the deposit is forfeited.
- Weather: if conditions prevent a safe or beautiful shoot, we reschedule at no cost — your deposit carries over.
Delivery
- Edited, high-resolution photographs are delivered through a private online gallery.
- Standard delivery is within 10 days of your session. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available as an add-on.
- The number of edited images per package is listed on the Packages page.
Usage Rights
- Every package includes personal use rights — print, share and post your photographs freely.
- Commercial use (advertising, brand campaigns, resale) is licensed separately — contact us for a quote.
- Living Momenta retains copyright and may feature session photographs in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Refunds After Delivery
- Because photography is a personalized service, completed and delivered sessions are non-refundable.
- If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days of delivery — we'll re-edit or make it right.
